Who was involved?

The Rwandan Genocide in a nut-shell was a masacre of the ethnic Tutsis and Hutu sympathizers. This was done by the Interahamwe and the Impuzamugambi in 1994 during the Rwandan civil war. The death toll was between 800,000 and 1,000,000. Surprisingly the United Nations did not act even though they knew it was going on. The United Nations waited until the civil war was over to make arrests for war crimes. Some people convicted for war cimes were; Jean-Baptise Gatete, Augustin Bizimungo, Tharcisse Renzaho, and Idelphonse Hategekimana. Others that are still wanted are; Felicien Kabuga, Augustin Bizibana, Augustin Nigirabatware, Idelphonse Nizeyimana, Protais Impiranya, and Callixte Nzabonimana.

The government was directing this event. The Interhamwe and the Impuzamugambi were told by the government to exterminate the Tusis and the Hutu. If compared to the Holocaust the Interhamwe and the Impuzamugambi were like the SS. Unlike The Nrenberg Laws there was no written Law on how to Exterminate these ethnic groups it was told that these people were obsolite and needed to die. There was no remorse for these deaths and masacres because the ones who killed truly belived that the Tutsis and the Hutu deserved to die. This masacre was incredibly sedistic.

(spelled Nuremberg Laws wrong)
do you think that, with better enforcement at the Nuremberg Trials, this stuff could have been prevented?

I like the use of the word "sadistic", and i agree because that is what they in fact were.
